The concept encapsulates and breaks down the inevitable and necessary mental and physical requirements in the process of a tennis shot or point. The work now was to analyse and workout all the intricacies of each component, not only as concept in themselves and the interaction they have with each other, but how they functioned with each persons standard or age level.
